That source has now become a baneful bed that is latent with possibilities. The rivers originally the foremost catalyst of Milwaukee have for over century become the new source for a toxic city but lies ripe with potential.
By emancipating the river and transforming the water into atmosphere, we both liberate and give the river a new life. Atmosphere City washes Milwaukee of its toxins and creates the ultimate freshwater spectacle— purifying the murk and grime that resides within the city’s airs and waters.
Capturing toxins above and below the river at the same time, Atmosphere City propels Milwaukee into the 22nd century and beyond, solidifying this great land as the Freshwater Capital of the world.
